Job summary

Capital Beer & Beverage is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support a high-performing team in a fast-paced distribution environment.

This role focuses on employee development, operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and workplace safety, ensuring products are received, stored, and distributed efficiently while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum of 3 years of delivery driver experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Must possess a CDL or be willing to obtain a CDL within six months of hire.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coach, direct, and counsel drivers regarding performance expectations, operational standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor driver performance and provide ongoing coaching, development, and performance feedback.
• Work alongside drivers in the field a minimum of one full day per week to provide training, support, and reinforcement of company delivery policies and procedures.
• Build strong working relationships with drivers while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support daily delivery operations, route execution, dispatch activities, and transportation-related issue resolution.
• Ensure all Transportation Drivers are logged into Roadnet each morning.
• Publish required Roadnet reports daily, including case reports and operational reports for Branch Management.
• Support efficient route performance and service execution.
