Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production.
• Ability to lead frontline teams in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and adaptability to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20-40 warehouse production associates.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Monitor daily production activities, staffing levels, and productivity metrics to meet objectives.
• Oversee inventory handling, equipment maintenance, and housekeeping standards.
• Analyze metrics and drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve service levels.
