Job summary

Moore is seeking a Material Handler to support our warehouse operations in Elkwood, VA. The role focuses on timely movement, storage, and distribution of materials, requiring attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced setting.

You will operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and clamp trucks, maintain equipment, and ensure accurate inventory records while complying with safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and operate material handling equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Receives, distributes, and stores products in designated locations.
• Transports, loads and unloads materials and finished goods using hand trucks and skids.
• Performs regular maintenance and inspection on material handling equipment.
• Records inventory statuses and prepares shipment/receiving docs.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and disposes of scraps properly.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
