Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience in distribution/manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; strong data entry, organizational and interpersonal skills; high attention to detail.
• Screen printing and imprinting manufacturing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain on-time and accurate picking of all case pick orders.
• Ensure all orders meet customer-specific requirements.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse; uphold ISO processes and work instructions.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly metrics for senior management.
• Provide training and development for warehouse and manufacturing teams.
