Job summary

Radian is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager for our Houston, TX location to lead warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics for efficient inventory and order fulfillment. The role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with at least 10 years in relevant operation roles and 5+ years in supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily activities, improving processes, managing inventory, and driving safety and performance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive warehouse and manufacturing operations management experience
• 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Proven expertise in WMS and ERP integration and logistics operations

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse and manufacturing activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Manage logistics, carrier relationships, and transportation planning
• Develop inventory control processes and forecast demand with procurement and sales
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff; set performance goals and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance
• Analyze metrics and lead productivity/cost-reduction initiatives
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior leadership
