Job summary

Superior Beverage Group is seeking a Warehouse Production Supervisor to lead our warehouse production operations in a fast-paced beverage distribution environment. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while coaching a team of 20-40 associates to meet daily goals.

The role emphasizes Lean improvements, OSHA compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time order fulfillment and efficient use of the Vertique system. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work flexible hours as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 20-40 warehouse production associates.
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold associates accountable for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Conduct performance coaching, corrective action, and employee recognition as needed.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented work environment.
• Oversee daily production activities on the Vertique system to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient fulfillment of customer orders.
• Monitor workflow, staffing levels, and productivity metrics to meet objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve service levels.
• Partner with other departments to identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
