Job summary

Beverage South Distributors is seeking a dynamic Production Supervisor to join our Georgia-based warehouse team. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and oversees 10–12 load crewmembers, focusing on safe, efficient loading of deliveries and adherence to warehouse standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of management experience in beverages or similar field, with strong communication, organizational and time-management skills to drive productivity and accuracy in daily operations.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in beverage industry or similar field.
• Must be capable of supervising, training and possess excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, time management and decision making abilities.
• Knowledgeable of warehouse best practices and enforcing them.
• Experience with loading, receiving, storage, order fulfillment and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager in enforcing warehouse practices to meet standards.
• Maximize productivity to meet timelines and budgets.
• Ensure safe and efficient loading of delivery vehicles; maintain quality.
• Oversee receiving, storage, order fulfillment and warehouse cleanliness.
• Operate within WMS VIP system and ensure proper product rotation and accuracy.
