Job summary

Capital Beer & Beverage seeks a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will develop employees, drive productivity, and foster a safe, organized culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

In this role you will supervise staff, manage recruitment and onboarding, and coordinate inventory control while reporting on productivity and safety metrics to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop Warehouse Associates and Lead Workers.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives.
• Schedule and oversee warehouse staff to ensure adequate operational coverage.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Receive, inspect, record, and store incoming inventory according to procedures.
• Ensure inventory is accurately maintained and stored in designated locations.
• Coordinate inventory replenishment to support business operations.
• Conduct physical inventories and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, and security metrics.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.
• Monitor expenses and recommend corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine equipment and operational issues.
