Role Overview & Responsibilities

• Safely remove debris from incoming pallets.
• Manually sort pallets by type and condition, meeting Propak standards and production goals.
• Inspect pallets during sorting for quality criteria such as damage or missing components.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to productivity, efficiency, and safety standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Assist with additional duties as needed to support team operations.
• Adjust to new work assignments or schedules as required.
• Attendance is essential.
• Work cooperatively with team members and management.

Qualifications
