Job Summary

Assist with asphalt paving operations and related tasks.

Main Responsibilities

1. Support safety initiatives and adhere to safety policies.
2. Promote and practice company values, ethics, and conduct.
3. Operate vehicles and equipment safely, including on-road vehicles, jack-hammers, air compressors, and hand tools.
4. Assist with asphalt paving, equipment maintenance, and site organization.
5. Collaborate with skilled workers to complete projects.
6. Perform physical labor as required.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

Skills: Experience in asphalt paving or related fields preferred; familiarity with bobcats is a plus.

Physical Requirements

Must wear PPE, lift up to 50 pounds, communicate effectively, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Night, weekend work, and travel may be required.
