Job Summary:

Assist with construction tasks related to roads, bridges, and utilities, including site prep and paving on highways, streets, and parking lots.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support safety initiatives, adhere to safety policies, and promote safety culture
• Follow company values, ethics, and conduct standards
• Operate vehicles, tools, and equipment safely
• Assist in equipment maintenance and cleaning
• Manage traffic through site using signs and signals
• Maintain organized work areas
• Collaborate with skilled workers to complete projects
• Perform physical labor as needed

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required

Skills:

Experience in asphalt paving, concrete, bridge construction, or related fields preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Wear and maintain PPE
• Lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Use hands for handling objects, writing, using devices
• Communicate verbally and visually
• Stand, walk, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl as needed
• Work outdoors in various weather, exposed to noise, dust, chemicals
• Work hours include nights, weekends, possible overnight travel
