Aerotek in Hillsborough, NJ is seeking a General Production Laborer to support warehouse and production operations. You will help keep job sites clean, move materials, and assist with simple assembly tasks to ensure smooth operations.

This contract-to-hire, fully onsite position offers hands-on work, opportunities to learn on the job, and reliable team collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No minimum educational requirements; willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to lift, carry and move materials.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare job sites to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
• Load, unload, and deliver materials to designated locations within the warehouse or job site.
• Perform simple assembly tasks as directed to support production operations.
• Handle materials and equipment safely while following instructions and established procedures.
• Maintain focus and attention to detail while performing repetitive or physically demanding tasks.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to understand work assignments and report progress.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies while working in the warehouse and on job sites.
