This entry-level warehouse role focuses on packaging, material handling, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment in a large, modern manufacturing facility. You work on the first shift, Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:30 PM, collaborating closely with team members to ensure products are correctly picked, packed, labeled, and staged for shipment. The position requires working on your feet for most of the day, reading work orders in English, and communicating effectively with colleagues to support smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with team members to package items accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by properly identifying, labeling, stocking, and recording materials and supplies.
• Stage finished product for shipment in accordance with shipping and receiving procedures.
• Work independently to handle materials and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Perform general labor duties such as loading, unloading, and moving materials within the facility.
• Lift materials and products weighing up to 50 pounds on an infrequent basis while following safe lifting practices.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, when trained and authorized.
• Support production and inventory count activities to ensure accurate stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8–10 hours per day in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to read work orders and instructions in English.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members in a fast-paced setting.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds infrequently while adhering to safety guidelines.
• Experience or comfort with packing, picking, and general warehouse tasks.
• Basic understanding of inventory, stocking, and labeling processes.
• Willingness to work 1st shift, Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM–3:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $52520.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
