Job summary

SanMar Corp. is hiring for a Production II associate in our New Jersey facility. You will perform order picking, audits, and packing tasks while ensuring accuracy and timely processing. The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to operate RF devices in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience supporting warehouse activities.
• Ability to read, write and identify colors, sizes, quantity, label and SKU information.
• Basic math skills for counting and quantity tracking.
• Demonstrated ability to follow directions and adjust tasks as needed.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Quickly and accurately pick product from designated locations and place into cartons or totes.
• Inspect and audit outbound orders for accuracy and compliance and prepare for invoicing and shipping.
• Operate a voice or RF unit.
• Check out equipment and return it in good condition.
• Meet minimum production and accuracy standards and delivery deadlines.
