Job summary

Fastenal is seeking a Product Handling Lead at our Indianapolis distribution center. This full-time role leads daily operations of the Product Handling department, consolidates product, restocks locations, and moves inventory to support company branches.

You will supervise team members, ensure accurate processing, and uphold health and safety standards, with onboarding followed by a flexible schedule after performance goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and able to pass drug screening where required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates strong math aptitude and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules as needed.
• Safety-conscious with adherence to health and sustainability policies.
