Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking energetic, team-oriented individuals for Part-time Product Handling at the MN100 Distribution Center in Winona, MN. Shifts are Mon-Sun with 10-28 hours/week; on-site work is required with potential schedule flexibility after onboarding.

You will label products with RF scanners, consolidate and restock inventory, and move items within the distribution center while keeping a clean, safe workspace.

OVERVIEW

Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Part-time Product Handling, you will help facilitate the movement of product throughout the distribution center to company owned branches. You will consolidate product, restock locations and move inventory by hand, pallet jack, or forklift. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at 2001 Theurer Blvd, Winona, MN 55987. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operating computer programs, RF scanners, and printers to label product

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience operating a forklift
