Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking a Manufacturing Receiving team member in Indianapolis, IN for a full-time role with a 7:00am–3:30pm schedule. The position involves unloading trucks, inspecting deliveries, and coordinating with sales and manufacturing to keep jobs moving.

On-site work at the 3939 W 56th St facility, with a focus on safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate can lift up to 100 lbs, communicate clearly, and operate in a fast-paced environment while upholding Fastenal's core values.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a current valid driver's license in the job location country and meet driving record requirements for company vehicle use.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
• Strong math aptitude and attention to detail.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, integrity and teamwork.
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages up to 100 lbs.
• Pass the required drug screen (US, Puerto Rico and Guam).
