Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills Bi-lingual prefer

Responsibilities

• Direct and support warehouse associates during daily operations.
• Train new employees on warehouse procedures processing and picking orders.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to team supervisor and warehouse manager.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment.
• Assist management with workforce planning daily meeting.
