Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or combined with experience.
• 2+ years in manufacturing/distribution with some leadership responsibilities.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing/distribution with leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Leadership on scheduling, labor efficiency, and throughput.
• Collaborate with area leads to facilitate cross-training opportunities.
• Implement work instructions to ensure knowledge and accuracy.
• Coordinate with purchasing, scheduling, and shipping to monitor inventory levels.
• Communicate maintenance issues and replace consumables as needed.
• Mentor team members and address issues as the first point of contact.
• Perform additional duties as assigned during on-the-job training.
