Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Warehouse Foreman in Morton Grove, IL to lead process improvements, training, and adherence for the movement of materials and related ERP transactions. The role supports the shift supervisor by ensuring process accuracy and optimizing operations.

You will implement processes, establish KPIs, maintain documentation, and coach hourly staff, with emphasis on alignment with internal controls and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field.
• Project Management certificate is a plus.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, continuous improvement or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify process and training gaps and establish training programs.
• Support shift supervisor for process accuracy in material movement and ERP transactions.
• Implement processes/strategies and develop employee relationships to meet customer needs.
• Establish KPIs to track adherence and coaching opportunities.
• Maintain process documentation and training signoffs.
• Coach hourly employees and manage suppliers to delivery/quality standards.
• Assist shift supervisor with additional needs.
