Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience in manufacturing/ops or 8+ years with HS diploma and 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience supervising up to 25 hourly employees in assembly, testing, painting, crating and warehousing.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive safety, quality, and process improvements.

• Supervise daily production activities, allocate resources, and ensure schedules are met.
• Promote a safe work environment through safety leadership, audits, and procedures.
• Monitor performance, quality metrics, and productivity goals.
• Lead and develop employees through coaching, training, performance management, and engagement.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Materials to resolve production challenges.
• Drive lean, kaizen, and 5S initiatives across operations.
• Ensure adherence to standard work and processes.
• Support workforce planning, scheduling, and departmental performance objectives.
