Job summary

Xylem, a Fortune 500 global water solutions company, is seeking a Warehouse Foreman to lead process improvement on the shop floor and support the shift supervisor with ERP transactions. You will identify training gaps, implement strategies, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to procedures.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 3–5 years in manufacturing or logistics, strong communication skills, and are comfortable interacting with varied teams. Bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Project Management certificate a plus.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, continuous improvement or manufacturing engineering.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with all levels of external and internal customers.
• Effective verbal/ written communication and presentation skills.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement processes/strategies and develop employee relationships to exceed our customers’ needs.
• Establish KPIs to track adherence/deviation from established processes for coaching opportunities.
• Responsible for maintaining proper process documentation, training signoffs, related documentation
• Analyze results to identify additional needs
• Conducts coaching and disciplinary measures to hourly employees
• Manage suppliers to levels of delivery and quality performance required by Xylem.
• Familiar with process creation, documentation of process flows, leveraging a workforce as an individual contributor
• Assist shift supervisor with additional needs
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be required based on organization needs
