Job summary

Wabtec in Oak Creek is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our Operations team by ensuring parts and customer orders flow efficiently to their final destination. You will handle shipping and receiving, inventory support, and related material handling tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School diploma, basic math and computer skills, forklift operation, and at least one year of warehouse experience; proficiency with Word and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient in forklift operation (Stand up reach truck preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive finished equipment and components.
• Accurately pull and stock parts in warehouse locations.
• Oversee loading and handling of goods and materials.
• Maintain supplies for shipments and validate packing slips.
• Document damaged goods and report discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Count or weigh parts to check quantity.
• Follow safety procedures for storage and receipt of materials.
• Continuously improve processes for safety, quality, and efficiency.
