Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Oak Creek, WI is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, picking, loading, and paperwork for next-day delivery. You will guide staff, enforce FIFO, and coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to optimize productivity.

You bring 2–4 years warehouse experience, a High School diploma, and supervisory capability; associates degree preferred. OSHA forklift certification is a plus. Growth opportunities and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2–4 years warehouse or related experience.
• Associates/2-year degree in business management, logistics or related area preferred.
• 4–6 years warehouse experience within foodservice industry preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper stop sequence on trucks.
• Maintains FIFO warehouse procedures and stock rotation.
• Demonstrates strong service quality and ensures staff understand their roles.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes warehouse management system to maximize productivity.
• Ensures security and safety protocols, locks, alarms, and safe material handling.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
