Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive finished equipment and components.
• Cycle count inventory and maintain accuracy.
• Pull parts for production areas and stock parts in warehouse locations.
• Oversee proper loading and handling of goods and materials.
• Maintain supplies for shipments and prepare packing documents.
• Validate shipping materials and packing slips.
• Ensure completion of inbound/outbound paperwork.
• Document damaged goods and report discrepancies to management.
• Monitor inventory records and report discrepancies in quantities and damages.
• Count or weigh parts to check quantity accuracy.
• Execute safety procedures for storage and receipt of materials.
• Continuously improve processes for safety, quality or efficiency.
• Keep organized shipment records including freight charges.
• Provide parts and documentation as requested.
• Maintain clean/organized work area and train new employees.
