Job summary

Wabtec in Oak Creek, WI seeks a Warehouse/Operations associate to support Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, and Carpentry-lean activities. You will help ensure efficient flow of parts and orders throughout the facility.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, pulling and stocking parts, maintaining records, and following safety procedures. Candidates need a high school diploma, basic math/PC skills, and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Able to learn an RF system.
• Forklift operation; stand-up reach truck preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Minimum of one year warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Ship and receive finished equipment and components.
• Accurately pull parts for production and stock in warehouse locations.
• Oversee loading and handling of goods and materials.
• Maintain supplies and materials for shipments and packing.
• Validate shipping materials and packing slips; complete inbound/outbound paperwork.
• Inspect and document damaged goods or discrepancies for management.
• Monitor inventory records and report discrepancies to management.
• Count or weigh parts to ensure quantity accuracy.
