Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the back door/receiving area and all storage areas daily, including cleaning, organizing, and maintaining all storage areas and shelves.
• Keep the back door area clear for safety.
• Handle, store, and rotate all products properly.
• Follow all security guidelines for back door receiving, including checking airport badges and paperwork for deliveries.
• Inspect physical packages, product temperatures, and dates on perishable products; match delivered products to invoices.
• Ensure proper delivery procedures to restaurants and maintain vendor relations, including handling product rejections or returns.
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists as required.
• Perform cleaning tasks using standard products to adhere to health standards.

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a food service environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Food handler's permit as required by law.
• Brand Certification as necessary.
• Ability to remember, recite, and promote menu items.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for extended periods.
