Ferguson is seeking a Warehouse Pipe Yard Associate in Ohio. Schedule: Monday–Friday 11:00pm–7:30pm or until work completion. A $500 sign-on bonus is paid after 90 days.

You will operate material handling equipment, pull and ship orders, receive and stock material, and use WMS/RF devices. PVF knowledge is a plus; pre-employment drug and background screening are required. Requires 1–3 years of warehouse/pipe yard experience, forklift operation, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Warehouse Pipe Yard Associate.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:00pm to 7:30pm, or until work completion

$500 sign on bonus, paid out after 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy motorized material handling equipment in a safe manner.
• Accurately pull and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Effectively put items away and receive them in WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Knowledge of PVF (pipe, valves, fittings, cutting, threading, grooving, etc.) is preferred.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of previous warehouse / pipe yard experience is required.
• General computer skills for basic data entry.
• Forklift operator experience is required.
• Must have the ability to work outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions and temperatures.
• Ability to carry objects that are up to 50 lbs by hand and 50 lbs or more by using equipment.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
