Ferguson Enterprises in California (San Leandro) is hiring a Warehouse Associate to safely operate a stand-up forklift, pull and prepare outbound orders, and handle pallets in the pipe yard and warehouse. The role uses RF devices and WMS for accuracy, with a 2:30 PM–11:00 PM shift and mandatory overtime as needed.

Candidates typically have 1–3 years of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ferguson is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team!

Position Details:

Schedule | Monday - Friday, 2:30PM – 11:00PM with mandatory overtime as needed.

Pay Range | Starting at $24/hour and may be higher based on experience

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Will primarily work in the pipe yard and warehouse.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Pay Range:

• $21.76 - $32.64

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
