Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is hiring 1st Shift Pipe Yard Associates to join our team. Start times are 6:00am-2:30pm or 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.

Prior forklift experience is preferred; on‑the‑job training and certifications are provided. Expect a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsabilidades

• Accurately pick quantities or store product in assigned locations.
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner.
• Communicate with associates and demonstrate teamwork to complete tasks.
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times.
• Operate hand-held RF units/scanners and follow SOPs.
• Sort, label, and store picked product safely on pallets or containers.
• Participate in meetings and report concerns to management.
• Perform duties in accordance with OSHA standards and company policies.

We are hiring Pipe Yard Associates to join our team for 1st Shift (Start Time 6:00am- 2:30pm & 9:00am -5:30pm) Monday - Friday. Overtime required as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours

• Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required

• Drive to excel in fast-paced environment

• Responsible for accurately and safely completing picking and storage tasks via operation of powered industrial equipment including stand-up high lift, reach trucks or dock stockers

• Post-offer background check & drug screen are required

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations

• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner

• Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments

• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times

• Execute tasks utilizing hand-held RF units / scanners

• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas

• Accurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet

• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management

• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization

Pay Range:

$21.00 - $24.98

_ Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles _ OR _ Hourly for all other roles. _

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
