Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Brookshire, TX is hiring 1st Shift Pipe Yard Associates to support yard operations from 6:00am–2:30pm or 9:00am–5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime as scheduled.

No college degree required; 1–3 years in warehouse environment and PIT driving experience encouraged. On-the-job training and forklift certifications are provided. The role focuses on accurate picking, material handling, inventory integrity, and teamwork to support Ferguson's nationwide infrastructure

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in a Warehouse environment
• PIT (forklift) driving experience preferred
• On-the-job training with forklift certifications provided

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
• Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
• Execute tasks utilizing hand-held RF units / scanners
• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
• Accurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
• Perform all job duties in accordance with OSHA standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization

Currently hiring for 1st Shift Pipe Yard Associates We are hiring Pipe Yard Associates to join our team for 1st Shift (Start Time 6:00am- 2:30pm & 9:00am -5:30pm) Monday - Friday. Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime hours in addition to regular shift hours Material handling equipment experience preferred but not required Drive to excel in fast-paced environment Responsible for accurately and safely completing picking and storage tasks via operation of powered industrial equipment including stand-up high lift, reach trucks or dock stockers Post-offer background check & drug screen are required

Pay Range

$21.00 - $24.98 (Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles). This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
