Job summary

SanMar is seeking a Production II associate in Avondale, AZ to support warehouse operations including picking, restocking, order audits, and timely shipping. The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow directions, and a team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers shift 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM with pay $16.50 per hour plus $1 shift differential, totaling $17.50 per hour. Benefits include medical, 401(k), life insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, identify colors/sizes/quantities/SKU.
• Basic math skills for counting.

Responsibilities

• Pick product from designated locations and place into cartons or totes as directed by hand-scanner.
• Restock product into designated locations.
• Audit outbound orders for accuracy and seal them for invoicing and shipping.
• Operate voice or RF unit.
• Check out and return equipment in good condition.
• Meet production and accuracy standards and deadlines.
