Qualifications

• Stock, move, arrange, and rotate items following operating instructions.
• Complete forms for stock description, quantity, and labeling requirements for incoming/outgoing materials.
• Knowledge of shrink-wrap, strapping, and related equipment used in material handling.
• General warehouse layout and item identification codes for locating stock.
• Experience with forklift operation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lay up, feed, or pile down materials at equipment.
• Jog product off counter stacker and stack neatly on skid for proper run in bindery/mailing.
• Complete skid flags and packaging slips for accurate tracking.
• Install strapping/ padding to prevent shifting/damage in transit.
• Attach tags/labels and record information on cases and containers.
• Stack or bundle materials using banding machine and clincher.
• Occasionally operate industrial truck or hoist to load/move materials.
