RRD is a leading global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions. The role is a 3rd shift warehouse/production helper in West Bend, Wisconsin, with starting pay $16.00 to $18.18 per hour plus a $2 shift differential.

Typical duties include stocking, moving, and stacking materials, labelling, packaging and preparing orders, using shrink-wrap, strapping, banding and pallet jacks, and may involve forklift operation as needed.

Qualifications

• Stock, move, arrange and rotate items per operating instructions.
• Complete forms for stock description, quantity, unit of issue, and labeling requirements.
• Knowledge of shrink-wrap, strapping equipment, pallet jacks and hand tools.
• Familiar with general warehouse layout and item codes.
• May have forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Lay up, feed or pile down materials at equipment.
• Unload and stack products neatly on skids to ensure smooth operation.
• Complete skid flags and packaging slips for accurate tracking.
• Install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting during transit.
• Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or cases.
• Stack materials into bundles using a banding machine and clincher.
• May operate forklift or other machinery to move materials.
