Ryder is hiring a Full-time Computer Repair and Configuration Technician in Plainfield, Indiana. The role includes hardware/software configuration, diagnosing PC issues, and supporting warehouse production with strong Windows expertise.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of PC hardware experience, Windows support, and may hold A+ or MCSA/Network+ certifications. Competitive weekly pay and benefits are offered in a team-driven, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2+ years PC hardware and peripherals experience.
2+ years desk-side support of Windows environments.
A+ Certification preferred.
MCSA and Network+ certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Configure computer systems (hardware and software) for external customers.
Diagnose and repair PC related systems within the warehouse environment.
Assess and repair PCs and peripherals to return them to full functionality.
Configure PC hardware and software to required specifications and establish network connections.
Provide system solutions to operating requirements to facilitate production processes.
Train lower level technicians on system applications.
Ensure PCs have licenses for applicable software.
ISO compliance and internal/external audits.
Maintain Ryder safety and security procedures.
Work as a material handler, as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
