Job summary

John Deere A&I Rock Valley is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join the Rock Valley, IA facility. You will perform core warehouse tasks, including picking, sorting, and preparing parts for shipment in a safety-focused, fast-paced team environment.

The role requires operating forklifts and other power-driven equipment, reading work instructions, and collaborating with teammates. Overtime and Saturday work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED, or National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC), or at least 3 years of manufacturing/warehouse experience.
• Ability to perform manual tasks including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work 1st shift and potential overtime (including Saturdays).

Responsibilities

• Pick and sort parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Prepare parts for shipment.
• Operate power-driven equipment such as forklifts and industrial trucks.
• Read and follow work instructions and established procedures.
• Assist and support other team members.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform related duties as required.
