Job summary

RRD in West Bend, WI is seeking a Warehouse Worker to stock, move, and organize paper stock and packaging materials. You will help with labeling, basic packaging, and ensuring accurate tracking across the bindery and mailing departments.

Shifts include Day and Mid shifts with a differential. The role involves shrink-wrap, banding, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and potentially forklift use to support operations and safe handling of materials.

Qualifications

• Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items in accordance with operating instructions.
• Able to complete appropriate forms relating to stock description, quantity, unit of issue, and the labeling requirements for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Good skill in shrink-wrap and strapping equipment, powered lift equipment, pallet jacks, carts or hand trucks and related tools.
• Good knowledge of warehouse layout, item identification codes, basic procedures, and storage areas.
• May require experience in operating/using forklift truck.

Responsibilities

• Lay up, feed or pile down materials at equipment.
• Jog product off counter stacker and stack neatly on skid for smooth bindery or mailing operation.
• Complete skid flags and packaging slips for accurate tracking.
• Install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting during transit.
• Attach tags or labels and record information on cases and containers.
• Bundle materials and operate banding machine and clincher.
• May operate industrial truck or hoist to move materials.
