Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Springfield, MO is hiring a Warehouse Order Selector. You will select cases and containers to fill customer orders from multi-level racks and move them to the loading dock using pallet jacks and forklifts.

Training precedes earning potential up to $37 per hour, with a Sunday–Thursday shift starting at 3 PM; typical days include 8–10 hours with variable end times. Safety is emphasized; you will operate in dry, cooler, and freezer environments, perform safety checks, and

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Lift, stack, and move product up to 60–100 lbs regularly.
• Work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Must pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• EPJ certification within training period is required.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
• Move orders to loading dock with pallet jack/forklift, wrap and label for shipment.
• Follow safety policies and use protective equipment as required.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
• Transport pallets to shipping dock; shrink-wrap if needed.
