Job summary

Performance Foodservice in Springfield, MO seeks a Warehouse Order Selector to pick cases and other items from multi-level racks, loading pallets for shipping with electric pallet jack or forklift. Attention to safety and quality is essential as orders are prepared for timely distribution.

The night shift runs Sunday through Thursday with starts at 4 PM. Training is provided; earnings can reach up to $37 per hour after training, plus benefits in a competitive program.

Qualifications

• Ability to work night shifts and overtime as required.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Able to pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from multi-level rack storage.
• Place items on pallets, wrap and stage for shipment using pallet jack/forklift.
• Move completed palletized orders to shipping dock and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Maintain efficient flow of product and assist with other duties as needed.
