Job summary

Performance Food Group (PFG) is seeking a Warehouse Associate to select cases and containers for customer orders in a multi-level rack warehouse. You will load pallets, wrap and label for shipment, and ensure safety and quality standards throughout the shift.

The role involves operating pallet jacks or forklifts, maintaining productivity, and working a day shift with typical 8- to 10-hour days. Growth opportunities and competitive benefits are offered to support employees.

Qualifications

• Able to work scheduled shifts and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly.
• Able to lift 10-100 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs depending on location.
• Ability to work in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
• Clear post-offer drug test and background check.
• EPJ certification within new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and keep work area safe; report hazards.
• Review schedule and prepare supplies; perform safety checks on equipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location guidelines.
• Move pallets on pallet jack and locate products from racks per orders.
• Place stock items on pallets from slots and racks as required.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock; wrap pallets for staging.
• Complete inspections and paperwork; shut down equipment at shift end.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
