Performance Foodservice is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick and stage customer orders in a multi-level rack warehouse. You will use an electric pallet jack/forklift, wrap pallets, and prepare shipments while following safety and quality standards.

The role operates in a multi-temperature environment with shifts starting around 2pm–3pm for 8+ hours daily, five days a week. The position offers competitive pay and benefits with growth opportunities within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work the scheduled times and required overtime
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly during shift
• Able to lift 10-35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally
• Able to work in cooler, freezer and dry environments
• Pass pre-employment drug test
• Ability to become EPJ certified during new-hire training
• Ability to complete required training independently

Responsabilités

• Follow safety policies and keep work area safe
• Review schedule, gather supplies, perform safety checks on equipment
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards
• Palletize items and locate products on racks
• Move completed orders to shipping dock and shrink-wrap if needed
• Remove and replace charged batteries and complete shift paperwork
• Perform other related duties as assigned
