Job summary

Performance Foodservice, a Performance Food Group company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Hickory, NC. Start at $21.66/hour with a $0.25 differential after 7pm.

Shifts are Sunday through Thursday from 6:00 PM until job completion, performing order fulfillment from multi-level racks using a pallet jack and forklift as needed. Responsibilities include selecting cases, loading pallets, ensuring safety, and preparing shipments with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, lift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfort with multiple temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from multi-level warehouse racks.
• Place pallets on pallet jack, move within the warehouse, and stage for shipping.
• Shrink-wrap pallets as needed and complete paperwork at shift end.
• Follow safety policies, wear required PPE, and maintain productivity targets.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support logistics operations.
