Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) in Oakwood, GA is hiring for a part-time warehouse roles. You will select cases and non-food items for customer orders, operate a pallet jack, and ensure safety and accuracy throughout the shift.

Training starts at $19 per hour, with potential to earn up to $36 hourly through incentives. The schedule is Fri-Mon, 2:30pm until finish, with comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced food distribution

Qualifications

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shift.
• Ability to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs location dependent.
• Pass a post-offer drug test and background check.
• Be EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.
• Ability to operate pallet jack and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
• Move completed orders to loading dock using pallet jack/forklift, wrap and label for shipment.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and locate products according to order sheets.
• Transport palletized orders to shipping dock and complete required paperwork.
