Job summary

Performance Foodservice, a Performance Food Group broadline distributor, is seeking associates to pick cases and load shipments in a multi-level warehouse. Starting rate is $16.35/hour during our comprehensive training program, with Sunday 2pm start and Monday–Thursday start times typically between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Experience working in high-volume, productive environments with established accuracy and production standards.
• Strong attention to detail, including the ability to identify product variances, lot codes, and location numbers.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability, including consistent attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and other containers of food and non-foods products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along assigned multi-level racks to locate products according to order sheets.
• Transport completed palletized customer order to shipping dock staging area; may shrink-wrap pallet for staging.
• Ensure safety, observe all procedures, and meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
