Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including overtime.
• Stand/walk/lift repeatedly throughout shift; 10–35 lbs, up to 60–100 lbs.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.
• Complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work area.
• Review schedule, obtain supplies, perform safety checks on equipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack, locate products, and package orders.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock; shrink-wrap if needed.
• Complete paperwork and shut down equipment at shift end.
