Job summary

Performance Food Group in Omaha, NE is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector to pick cases and other items from multi-level racks, placing them on pallets for shipment using an electric pallet jack.

You will work Sunday–Thursday, starting at 3:00 pm, with pay ranging from $20.00 to $40.00 per hour and uncapped potential. Benefits include health and wellness coverage starting day one, 401(k) matching, PTO, and growth opportunities within a values-driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly.
• Able to lift 10-35 lbs regularly and up to 60-100 lbs (location dependent).
• Able to work in multi‑temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Able to complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
• Review work schedule, obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations; perform safety checks on pallet jack/forklift.
• Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
• Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along assigned multi-level racks to locate products.
• Manually place stock items on pallets from pick slots and racks.
• Transport completed palletized orders to shipping dock; shrink-wrap when needed.
• Remove batteries for recharging and complete vehicle inspection checklist; secure equipment at shift end.
