Job summary

Performance Food Group is hiring for a warehouse associate position in Texas. The role involves selecting and packing customer orders from multi-level warehouse storage, moving palletized orders to the loading dock, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled shifts including overtime.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly.
• Ability to lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs depending on location.
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Ability to pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Ability to become EPJ certified within the new-hire training period.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and other containers of food and non-foods to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
• Move pallets to loading dock staging area using electric pallet jack/forklift.
• Wrap, label, and readied shipments; maintain safety and quality standards.
• Operate pallet jacks along multi-level racks to locate products per order sheets.
• Transport completed orders to shipping dock and complete required paperwork.
