Performance Foodservice in Gilroy, CA is seeking a warehouse associate to select cases and load pallets for customer orders, using electric pallet jacks and forklifts. You will ensure accurate, timely shipment while maintaining safety standards.

Shifts start as early as 2:30PM with 10-hour shifts, 5 days per week including Saturdays, and daily overtime. Starting pay is $23.50/hour plus incentives; full benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Formación

• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry)
• Pass pre-employment drug test
• Ability to become EPJ certified during training
• Ability to complete required training independently

Responsabilidades

• Follow safety policies and procedures and keep work area safe
• Review schedule, gather supplies and prepare for operations
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines
• Move pallets on pallet jack along racks and locate products per order sheets
• Place stock items on pallets and wrap/prepare for shipping
• Transport finished orders to shipping dock and complete paperwork
