Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a warehouse associate to select cases and containers from multi‑level racks, load pallets, and prepare shipments with pallet jacks and forklifts. You will wrap, label, and stage orders for shipment while maintaining safety and quality standards as part of a collaborative team.

The role offers pay upwards of $35.00/hr after training, with a Sunday through Thursday schedule starting at 5:45 pm.

Qualifications

• Ability to work scheduled/assigned shifts, including overtime as needed.
• Must stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Lift 10–35 lbs regularly and up to 60–100 lbs as required by location.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (dry, cooler, freezer).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Become EPJ certified during the new-hire training period.
• Complete required training independently.

Responsibilities

• Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
• Place pallets on pallet jack/forklift and move to shipping dock staging area.
• Wrap, label, and readied shipments while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow safety policies, report unsafe conditions, and wear PPE as required.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location guidelines.
• Operate pallets along multi-level racks to locate products per order sheets.
• Complete paperwork and secure equipment at end of shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
