Job summary

Vistar, a Performance Food Group company, is seeking a full-time warehouse associate. You will select cases and containers from multi-level racks, load pallets with an electric pallet jack, and prepare orders for shipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role requires lifting up to 80 lbs, standing for long periods, and occasional overtime during peak seasons. Compensation ranges from $22 to $35 per hour plus a cooler/freezer differential and a quality bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• 6-12 months of warehouse and/or distribution experience
• Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly
• Able to lift 10-35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and maintain a safe work area
• Operate pallet jacks and move pallets on multi-level racks
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location
• Place pallets on pallets and transport to shipping dock
• Complete paperwork and secure equipment at shift end
